The cancellation policy provides for a full refund if cancelled prior to October 22, 2021. Attendee substitutions are permitted until November 3, 2021. No-show and late cancelation refunds will be reduced by 3%.
Cancellations must be received via email by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder and must include the name of the attendee.
