Latest IMSA Process and Procedures
Access your IMSA profile
If you already know your IMSA username and password:

Go to https://www.imsasafety.org/

Click "IMSA Login" on the top right

Enter your username and password, followed by the "Sign In" button
If you have an IMSA account, but you are unsure of your credentials:

Go to https://www.imsasafety.org/

Click "IMSA Login" on the top right

Click “Check here first" to find your credentials to login

Search using your First Name and Last Name only.

If your profile has errors or the email is wrong, DO NOT create a new profile. Email our certification chair at certification@imsafl.org

If the email is correct, return to the login page and click "Forgot password?"

Upon receipt of the email, click the link labeled “Go to password reset page”

Save your IMSA username and password somewhere safe​
Exam Results - Who to contact?​

Do not contact International Headquarters for exam results

Results are typically posted within two (2) weeks of your exam date

Your IMSA exam results are posted to your IMSA account located at www.imsasafety.org (see above on how to sign in)

Once your result is posted, it may still be a few days before your certificate is available for download

Confirm your Employee's Certification
IMSA does not make the certification status of its certificate holders publicly available. Certification status is only visible to the certificate holder and the Florida Certification Chair. If you need to verify whether an employee holds a certificate, requires renewal, or has an expired certification, please contact the Florida Certification Chair at certification@imsafl.org.
